My daughter got braces fitted, and she is very happy. The clinic is fantastic, and the entire staff is friendly. My daughter chose colorful bands, and we were given a complimentary teeth-cleaning kit. We left very pleased; my daughter is already looking forward to her next visit with Dr. Ivanov and the whole clinic team. We even left with balloons. Thank you very much.

What a wonderful experience! The doctor is amazing very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. He made the girls and us feel comfortable. Michelle, who assisted with placing the braces and expander, was absolutely wonderful with my girls. From the moment I entered the staff was extremely friendly and helped me make an appointment. We started the process a few months ago, We were welcomed and explained every step of the process. We decided to wait until after the holidays and once we were ready it was quick and easy to get an appointment. On the day of the first appointment he came in the office measurements were taken and we were told they would be ready in two weeks. I expressed that my son had a tournament and they advised it would be best to wait until after our trip and his games for his comfort. I loved that they thought about him and not just getting him in and out. We came back after our trip and they made us feel comfortable explaining the process again every step and making sure he was comfortable. Ended his visit with an ice cream. I am so thankful for their attention to our needs and would recommend this office to everyone.

This is our second time at Ivanov Orthodontics. My son had a problem when he was younger. So we had started with them several years back. We had such a great experience. That when my son became a teenager, he only wanted to come back and get his teen braces with Dr Ivanov. We now live in West Kendall and drive from there for all his appointments. Best place to go to! The people here are very kind and friendly. They give you icecream and your own cleaning kit(for your teeth). Best orthodontist too lol. Love the privacy they give!. They also give you your own yeti bottle and electric toothbrush. Never met anyone as generous as them. The place is super clean and comfy☺️. The wait time is very little! What an amazing experience with Ivanov Orthodontic! My daughter got her braces for the first time, and even though she was really nervous at first, Dr. Ivanov and his team made everything so easy and comfortable for her. Not only is he a great professional, but he also has such a positive and fun personality that made my daughter feel safe and at ease. I first want to recommend, if you are going to get braces, please make sure you have a general dentist to keep up with your cleaning. You'll end up with straight teeth, and a damaged enamel if not properly cleaned or taken care of while with braces. That being said, this is my second review for Dr. Ivanov. The first time I left a review when my daughter first got her braces put on. Now I am leaving a review after the braces are taken off. My daughter is very satisfied with the outcome of her teeth. Dr. Ivanov really does care for the outcome of your teeth. To me it seems like more than work for him… it’s passion and perfecting art. His professionalism is "A" plus. I also, want to give the staff recognition, because they are also great. Thanks to the staff and Dr. Ivanov for a great experience and a Beautiful smile for my daughter.

The staff is so professional and they are very caring with their patients. I started treatment to correct my bite in this clinic. Doctor Ivanov conducted an examination using photographs, scans, X-rays and professionally explained everything from start to finish about the treatment plan. The doctor is very positive, calm and confident. Dr. Ivanov and his team even manage to make the process of getting expanders and braces fun for my 9 year old daughter! My daughter had a gap in her teeth, so C & C referred her to Dr. Ivanov. Initially, I was skeptical and thought it was a waste of time. In retrospect, it was the best decision for my daughter. No one I think ever goes into orthodontic treatment thinking that this is going to be a swell way to spend their day. But I found that the staff at Ivanov Orthodontics made it so pleasant! The staff is really friendly and welcoming and even on the busiest day there they are never rushed. And there is a ton of available parking near their office near North Miami! I actually enjoyed my orthodontics – who can say that? Plus, you can tell that the whole team there is really passionate about the orthodontic work they do. They aren’t just in it for a job – it’s their calling. IVANOV Orthodontics is the most professional doctor’s office I had visited.

I tried out a few offices trying to find the right one for my teen. I found a few that were near his high school that were efficient but that was about it – you really just felt like a number. My sister had taken my niece to IVANOV Orthodontic Experts and was very pleased with the results. I live in Aventura but it was worth it to have the right office where people care about you and your treatment. He now has a great smile like his cousin. I appreciate promptness wherever I go. I expect people to respect my time as I respect theirs. Not everyone does that, but at IVANOV Orthodontics my kids are seen right on time. I had seen the office on Biscayne blvd coming from Aventura as I drove by on the way to work, but never really thought much about it until our family dentist said that the kids needed braces. I stopped into IVANOV Orthodontic Experts because of how close it was and how easy it would be to get to, and I found out just how great the staff was. I really appreciated that Dr. Ivanov took the time to make sure I got the braces I wanted, not the braces that are the most. I mean, he does run a business, but it was more important that I was happy with the process and what the end result would be than to get the most profit from either a really expensive treatment or things I didn’t need to have done. Plus, I love being able to get appointments later in the day at a place that is easy to get to in North Miami Beach so I don’t have to miss work to get my braces tightened. You never really associate great customer service with an orthodontist, but perhaps now you should. This is a team that is really passionate about what they do.

I never thought it possible that I would end up wearing braces at the same time as my tween, but when I took her in to get a consultation I started wondering if the gaps in my teeth could be fixed also, so I booked an appointment for me, too. The day my tween got her braces on I got mine on next to her! She was of course totally embarrassed to know her mom also had to have braces, but hey, it wasn’t possible to get braces when I was a kid in Aventura. I was able to get these really cool ceramic braces so you can hardly tell that I have braces on. My family is totally happy with our care.

Both of my children needed braces. I mean, it makes sense that they would, since they are similar age, but it had me super stressed when I tried to think how I was going to pay for all of that. But then I found Ivanov Orthodontic Experts and the office team was super understanding. They helped me find the right payment plan to help make that big bill much more manageable. And, they helped me with the insurance coverage part, too. Between the insurance and the payment plan I got both kids all taken care of and since the office is near Bay Harbor, it was easy to get to, too.

Let me start off by saying that I do not like going to doctors. I grudgingly go to the dentist every six months to get my teeth cleaned mostly because it is free thanks to my dental insurance. And nothing really bad happens there. So when my dentist noticed that my teeth were drifting out of alignment, he recommended that I go to see Dr. Ivanov at Ivanov Orthodontics near Bay Harbor. I was less than thrilled. But I went, and I was pleasantly surprised. The office staff were very nice and made me feel welcome, and the waiting area was very clean and well organized. I liked that the paint scheme had a kind of beachy feel to it. I was much more at ease. And Dr. Ivanov himself was very patient with me and got me into Invisalign, so I didn’t have any painful and awkward braces to deal with.

I was worried about getting braces for my 7 year old, since it seemed like he was too young for it. But Dr. Ivanov went over the treatment options and explained why it would be perfect for him to get braces now so that all of his adult teeth would have enough room and he wouldn’t have to have more expensive and painful work done later. The new state of the art tools that orthodontists have come up with are amazing! Timmy didn’t have to have any of that huge headgear like I remember classmates having in junior high in Miami Shores. And, it looks like Timmy won’t have to have braces again later on, although Dr. Ivanov was up front and honest that as kids grow, things might change, but he was optimistic that this was all that was needed. And we love going to the orthodontist! The staff are really nice and the waiting area is so kid-friendly.

Typical story of someone who had braces 10+ years ago but never wore their retainers so my teeth have started to shift. I came to Dr. Ivanovo for a consultation for retainers to help move my teeth back in place. My overall experience was great! Dr.Ivanov was very friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and caring. He listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. Best part of it all, he didn’t push any treatment on me. Dr. Pavel told me my best options and kept the decision completely up to me. I will be going back to Dr. Ivanov and I recommend him to anyone who wants to better perfect their beautiful smile. PS, his receptionists were also very nice and helpful, and I really appreciate the option of having a free water bottle and coffee while I waited!

Awesome experience! Very pleasant and welcoming environment. My first visit was so great that I’m going to bring my little brother for a consultation. I would refer this orthodontist to anyone. I visited three different places and this place was by far the most knowledgeable. I came in here for a consultation and he walked me through the steps I would need to take to get my teeth straight. I’ve always wanted to get my teeth straightened as one of the steps towards being my best self. My smile is important to me as I smile a lot, so why not finally get my crooked teeth straightened.

I came in today for just a consultation, and must i say i am VERY VERY pleased ! When you first walk in the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I was greeted, my information was taken and then i was offered complimentary drinks. The consultation was wonderful. Getting my braces put on was just as exhilarating as getting them taken off. I followed all of my orthodontists instructions and because of that, I was able to get my braces off sooner than later. There were some painful moments when my braces were adjusted or tightened. But I do think it was completely necessary to give my teeth the quickest and most effective straightening. I wouldn’t of changed orthodontists if I could go back and do this again. Dr. Ivanov provided me with all the tools and knowledge I needed for a successful transition from no braces to braces. Fantastic experience. Would recommend to others.

Ivanov Orthodntic Experts are just that, Experts. They don’t rush during the procedure of putting braces on your teeth and make sure to explain every detail of what to expect during the procedure. A year ago I sat down for a consultation with three different orthodontists in my area. Two of them were very well known. The third was not known in the area but had good reviews. It was quick to tell the difference by just asking a few questions. His answers gave me a good feeling of how he was going to use appliances to treat teeth coming in on top of each other. If you saw the x-rays you too would wonder; how in the world could you fit all those teeth and make everything straight? I am no doctor but I had done this already once at Nova Orthodontics school several years ago with another child. It has been a year now since we started treatment and not only did he get the teeth all in; he rotated them to be all aligned. Today I said to him, boy that was quick and he said “I know what I am doing” I said, “it shows on how quickly and well you have done it”. He then told me that he graduated #1 from Nova University out of a class of 129. WOW! If you ever have the need for an orthodontist consult, you will find Dr. Ivanov to be very knowledgeable, confident and charming. The staff that works with him is also very confident and skilled in what they do. I am very pleased with Dr. Ivanov’s work, I very highly recommend him.

Is the consultation free?

Yes. We offer a complimentary orthodontic consultation. The Miami Lakes scheduler reserves 60 minutes for braces and Invisalign consultations.

Do I need to choose braces or Invisalign before I visit?

You can discuss both with Dr. Ivanov. Choose a consultation type in the scheduler, or call our Miami Lakes team if you are unsure which appointment to book.

Can I finance my treatment?

Yes. Down payments are as low as $500, with 18–24-month in-house financing. Everyone qualifies for our in-house financing. Your exact fee and payment schedule depend on your treatment plan.

What should I bring?

Bring your questions and your insurance information if you would like our team to help check benefits. Let us know about any previous orthodontic treatment.

Do you offer Saturday appointments?

Yes. Contact our Miami Lakes team or check the scheduler for available appointments.
